[Growlbook] New build with a few fixes
by Austin on Aug.11, 2009, under Growlbook
Ok. I got rid of the Any CPU flag and added a bit of error checking. I’ve also upgraded the version to (Beta) heh and for the time being removed stream post support.
I plan on re-writing most of the C# facebook api tonight. The api that’s out there is…quite honestly crap. Look for a new beta build of Growlbook tomorrow evening sometime. Give this test build a whirl though, let me know if you find any problems or have any suggestions.

Hmm. 32 Bit or 64 Bit? Can you post the exception?

32-bit and it doesn’t seem to throw an exception – just pops up the usual Vista “Program has stopped working” dialogue.
It does get as far as popping up a growl window saying I’ve one message.

Hmm… Well, guess for now just wait until the next version which is looking like it could be out tonight. Sorry about the delay.

It still crashes… I am using Windows XP 32-bit. It looks like it has problems when showing certain set of messages.
